Tourist Licenses can now be transferred with the purchase of a property in Sitges!
This is great news for some of our clients who asked us specially for a property in Sitges with an existing tourist license.
On June 13, 2023, the Superior Court of Justice of Catalonia (TSJC) issued a resolution on the appeal filed by APARTUR in relation to the HUT (properties with tourist license) Ordinance of the Sitges town hall.
