My name is Marion Kuba, I am from Munich, Germany and live in the beautiful Sitges Hills (Olivella) since 2008.

While supporting my near and constantly growing foreign community in relocation, bureaucracy and other language related administrative obstacles my clients proposed that I sell, rent and/or maintain their properties.

Within this natural development I studied and became a certified Spanish / Catalan Real Estate Agent and built a small and lovely team around me. We opened our office in April 2024 in the center of Sitges which allows us even more contact with our dear clients.

We now offer full real estate / property assistance from A to Z and as well help for an easy and smooth start in migrating to Sitges and surrounding areas.

If you are already here we support you with our local knowledge and network for finding your dream home or the perfect matching buyer or tenant for your property.

My vision: Every Expat in this area is to become a HAPPY EXPAT!
