We at Happy Expat homes are a certified real estate agency specialising in the beautiful Garraf area (Sitges, Sant Pere de Ribes, Olivella and surrounding areas).

While it’s true that there are many other agencies in the region, we do things differently – and with a personal touch.

As 95% of our clients are foreigners or Expats, we go beyond the typical real estate services. Our goal isn’t just to sell properties and ... CIAO!... . Instead, our aim is to make our clients feel at home, integrated, and connected from the very beginning.

We understand the challenges that come with moving to a new country, and we’re committed to helping our clients with all kind of obstacles. To achieve this, we create opportunities for Expats and locals to mingle, connect, and build relationships.

Our Expat Meet-ups became already kind of famous, where neighbours can meet, share experiences, exchange interests and make friendships. These events also provide a platform for local business owners to present their services, offer networking and collaboration.

We love to see how friendships and partnerships have been born during and after our parties. Organised by us – Tania, Rossana, and Marion – these events are much more than simple social gatherings. We partner with local businesses to introduce them to the "newbies" and support them such as the Sitges winery “La Malvasia.” We offered a wine and museum tour, tastings, and live music.

Another highlight is our annual "Goodbye Summer" Meet-up at beach bars (Chiringuitos) in Sitges. A sure thing again in September.

Our last event took place at “El Pao de Sitges Gin,” a venue owned by British Expats who’ve created a unique local gin brand and host workshops and events.

What's next?  Already in the first planning stages..... a local art gallery owned by a Belgian couple. African Sitges art meets local Expats ;)
